Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of FairChoice Eastvale Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
FairChoice Eastvale Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming in Eastvale, California and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and site accessibility. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the requested work falls outside our scope of expertise.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service delivery. Any significant changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Late payments may be subject to finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, removing vehicles or obstacles from the work zone, and identifying any underground utilities or sprinkler systems. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for tree work on your property.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not properly identified before work begins.
Liability and Insurance
FairChoice Eastvale Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We will provide proof of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Warranty
We warranty our work for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover natural events, disease, pest infestations, or other factors beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Riverside County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
